Aleco® rack covers (models Economy, Standard, and Heavy-Duty) have one continuous heavy duty zipper that runs up the left side and across the top. Unzipped, the front panel folds right and is secured in the open position with hook and loop fastener. Fast. Easy.
The pan rack cover is durable enough for food storage and transport and helps improve the food preservation process. It keeps food fresh and sanitary while preventing odor absorption and freezer burn. Pan rack covers also keep food trays in place and contents “from the oven” fresh during transport.
Each rack cover comes with a pen to write on the clear plastic panel expiration times, destinations and more. A convenient pocket for pen storage is provided. Wipes clean with a moist towel.
