Aleco’s ImpacDor® Provides Restaurant Supply With Attractive Energy-efficient Solution

When Dave Hummel, owner of Saratoga Restaurant Supply in Gansevoort, New York, needed to replace the door between his retail showroom and warehouse he wanted something that he thought would be relatively easy to find. But the task proved to be more difficult than he anticipated. “A door in that location would be seen by any customer in my showroom,” says Hummel. “We needed something that was functional but looked good as well.” He looked at several types of doors but couldn’t find anything with the combination of features he needed. “There weren’t many alternatives,” he added.

Saratoga Restaurant Supply is not your average retail supplier. One of the largest food service equipment dealers in the Northeast, Saratoga’s 21,000 square foot facility includes a 2,000 square foot fully functional state-of-the-art demo kitchen along with consulting and design services.
